Chinese poker is a card game that is very popular in the Asian/Russian communities for many years. It has started to gain popularity other communities because it has many features of an "exciting" game. (See more detail in WikiPedia. Keyword "Chinese Poker")
In the game, each player receives 13 cards hand from a standard 52-card deck. Each player then has to divide his cards into three poker hands (known as "setting"): two containing five cards each (known as "the middle" and "the back"), and one containing three cards ("the front"); the back must be the highest ranking hand, and the front, the lowest ranking hand
After all the players set their hands, they then announce their hand.
